The service

Tierz offers you a site and a tracker for Windows, free of charge. By using them, you accept these terms; the tracker also asks you to accept its charter, which says what it sends.

The tracker only reads the files SPAM saves on your PC. It does not read the game’s memory, intercept its exchanges or modify any of its files.

What we expect of you

• to send only matches that were really played, with an unmodified tracker;
• not to try to pass yourself off as another player, nor to distort the statistics;
• not to overload the site or its server with automated requests.

We may leave a doubtful match out of the statistics, and cut off a tracker or an account that does not follow these rules.

What belongs to whom

SPAM, its cards, its texts and its illustrations belong to Ticroco and their rights holders. Tierz is an unofficial fan project, not affiliated with Ticroco.

The name Tierz, its logo, the site and the tracker belong to their author. You are free to share the site’s links and screenshots; you may not present Tierz as your own service.

Advertising and paid offer

The site and the tracker are free. They may show advertising, and a version without advertising may be offered. These pages will be updated before that happens.

No warranty

Tierz is provided as is. The statistics rest on the matches received and on the game’s data: they may contain errors, and an update of the game may make them wrong for a few days. The service may be interrupted or changed without notice.

To the extent the law allows, Tierz is not liable for the consequences of using the site or the tracker.

Changes and contact

These terms may change; the date at the top of the page says when they were last updated. They are governed by French law.
