How to play it

A deck that prepares a single attack: Aquatic Curse, from Floral Zombie, which hits the whole enemy team at once in Water and in Nature. The three other cards spend the game piling up element points, which that attack turns into damage. Three of its cards are common: only Mistress of Tints is rare.

Aquatic Curse hits each enemy card for 30 to 60 Water, then 30 to 60 Nature, and applies Vanish, which removes each one’s last passive. All the deck’s Water and Nature points add to those two hits, on every card struck: late in the game, once they have piled up, a single cast can destroy several cards. It only comes back every eight turns, so each cast must count. The Zombie starts with Waterheart and Natureheart, 1 Water point and 1 Nature point per turn, and its 850 HP keep it standing between two curses. The Revaluation talent makes it bring 5 more Spamtons per turn; Ultimate Reset, which restores all its HP when one of its attacks kills a card, is the other good choice.

Mistress of Tints and Snow Warrior fill every element. With Multi Start, the Mistress adds 3 everywhere at the start of the game, and both cast Multiboost every three turns: 3 more in every element, twice over. They hit too: the Mistress’s Elemental Chaos fires six hits of 15, one per element, on enemy cards picked at random; the Warrior’s Earthcleave hits for 30 Earth and applies Freeze, with a one-in-four critical chance, which quadruples the damage. The Bomb-8 talent gives the Warrior the Bomba passive on turn 8: when he dies, he deals 500 raw damage to an enemy card.

Aidan adds 10 points in a random element every turn with Luckster. Pay-torch, every three turns, costs 10 Fire points and hits for 40 in a random element. His starting Tox, Vanish, removes the last passive of the cards he hits. The Counter talent makes him strike back once per game: below 25% of his HP, when he is hit, he casts all his skills on the card that attacked him.

For Tox, Tenacity first, on the Zombie: for 10 Spamtons, the first attack that should kill it leaves it at 1 HP. Berserk adds 12% to the damage and healing of all your cards. Reset, more expensive, also goes on the Zombie: when Aquatic Curse kills a card, it stays available instead of waiting eight turns.

Everything rests on the Zombie: a deck that takes it out early, or removes its passives, breaks the plan. Between two curses, the other cards hit lightly. No card heals, and the Mistress and the Warrior have only 600 HP.
